So I realllly don't have long, but I will try to type a lot!
Today, I figured out that speaking in front of others usually isn't as bad as you think. Considering, usually when we present anything, I ask to go last, or try to get out of it all together. But going last is a lot better, you can see how others do theirs, and what all they tell about theirs.
Nobody is absoloutely perfect in giving information in a crowd, but practice makes perfect. It may seem crazy, but even talking to yourself in a mirror can help you feel better about. (Really does sound crazy, doesn't it. Guess that makes me crazy?) It really does help, I promise.
In this case, if it is scary, it might be a good thing to try.
